Source Code
The Source Code is generated by your CAM system using either tool
changer pocket numbers or absolute numbers.
Your generated Source Code is never modified or manipulated !
Tool Wall makes a copy of it.
Master Code
The Master Code is is a copy of the source code with Tool Wall tool
numbers instead of pocket numbers.
Your copied Source is modified in the Tool Wall wizard. It contains now not
only the Tool Wall numbers, but has additional information about tool
placement.
Machining Code
The Machining code is generated by Tool Wall and is modified to reflect the
actual tool inventory in the Tool Changer.
Every time you set up for a new job, Tool Wall generates the actual machining code. Besides the tool numbers and the tool offset location “H”, non of your original code is change.

Once generated, the
Master Code becomes the
code you work with from
here on. If you have to
edit your code do it in the
Master Code.

Tool Wall tool #.
The Tool Wall tool number has an additional <!-7--> marker attached. It indicated that this tool has to be placed into tool changer pocket #7 using the Traditional set-up method.
Machine pocket #.
Depending on the current tool inventory of the tool changer, the Tool Wall tool number was changed into the tool changer pocket number.
Offset Location
The offset location is carried forward from the Source Code. This location is automatically adjusted from within the system.New H-location.
In Tool Wall the offset location is the same as the pocket number T12 = H12. Another location can be inserted as long as the H# is larger than the largest T# of the tool changer.
